West Side Cardiology Associates offers extensive diagnostic capabilities that are certified by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular, Echocardiography and Nuclear laboratories. We offer the following tests at our conveniently located facilities in Fairview Park:
Heart
Our diagnostic heart testing includes electrocardiograms, stress tests, nuclear cardiology scans, cardiac ultrasound, arrhythmia monitoring devices and pacemaker evaluations.
We provide arrhythmia detection and management including electrophysiology studies, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations and remote monitoring of devices via the Internet.
Vascular
Our vascular diagnostic testing includes carotid and aortic ultrasound as well as evaluation of arterial and venous blood flow in the arms, legs, kidneys and intestines - all performed in our accredited vascular lab.
In-hospital Testing and Procedures
The West Side Cardiology physicians have admitting privileges at Fairview, Lakewood, Medina General, St. John West Shore and Southwest General hospitals. We provide in-hospital, non-invasive testing including echocardiograms and EKGs.
We also perform invasive diagnostic procedures including cardiac catheterization; balloon angioplasty; stenting of the arteries of the heart, carotid and extremities (PAD); and ablation, implantation and management of implantable devices.
